I am a BACP and UKCP registered psychotherapist using the approach of Internal Family Systems with most of my clients. I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist. And have also trained to Advanced Level in the Core Transformation approach. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, low self-esteem, issues from childhood, challenges with relationships, bereavement and depression and much more. I offer a warm, empathic, open and non-judgemental space for you to address the issues that have prompted you to seek therapy. I charge £65 per 50min session.
